When it comes to a real estate transaction, there are A LOT of important dates to remember. I will create these important dates in Google calendar and send you invitations with updates so you never miss a deadline again.

I will submit your commissions, confirm that they are correct and deliver to the necessary title companies so all transactions close on time and you get paid quickly. I will create a shared file just for you that holds all commission letters and settlement statements so at the end of the year they are quickly and easily located.

I am trained to use both Dotloop and Docusign so you do not have to change your platform! I am comfortable and confident in both signing sites and can ensure quick document delivery through either.
